Returns & Refund Policy

At Glittered Memories, each keepsake is thoughtfully handcrafted with love, care, and close attention to detail. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we want to be fully transparent about our return and refund process.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All keepsakes are custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Due to the nature of these items:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution images when required. Image quality directly affects the final result, and we cannot offer refunds for outcomes affected by low-quality photos submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, the creation process begins, and cancellations or refunds can no longer be guaranteed.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • A replacement cannot be provided

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made keepsakes (unless damaged or defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or promotional items
